Compounders on Capitol Hill 2026

Washington DC, United States

There are many reasons that you should attend APC’s annual DC fly-in for pharmacy compounders, September 14-16 at the Ritz-Carlton Pentagon City.

It’s a quick trip, but here’s what you can accomplish in those three short days:

  • Compounding's future is on the line. The past year put a target on our profession, with opponents working to recast lawful compounding as a regulatory problem to contain. What happens next decides whether policymakers see us as essential or a threat – and you can be in the room where it's decided.
  • Defend your practice on the Hill. CCH culminates in a full day of congressional visits, where you'll tell lawmakers what compounding means for the patients in their districts. No experience needed – we schedule the meetings, brief you on the issues, and prep you every step of the way.
  • Sharpen the edge that protects you (or this moment will define compounding). Compliance has become the profession's frontline defense, and our Legal Symposium delivers practical, current insight from leading compounding attorneys. It's guidance you can take straight back to your pharmacy to reduce risk and stay ahead.
  • Take part in the full CCH experience. Connect with fellow compounders at the welcome reception and exhibits, hear  updates at the APC Annual Meeting, and
    celebrate the year's honorees.

CompPAC is a “separate segregated” fund (SSF) established by the Alliance for Pharmacy Compounding. Contributions to CompPAC are not deductible as charitable contributions for Federal Income Tax purposes. The FEC prohibits contributions from individuals who are not citizens or permanent residents of the U.S. Further, contributions by one person in the name of another person are prohibited. $5,000 per year per person is the maximum contribution allowed. PAC contributions are also not reimbursable by an employer or any other entity. The FEC requires that certain information on each donor (name, address, occupation, name of employer) be collected and reported to the Commission. By contributing to CompPAC you affirm that you: are a US citizen or an individual lawfully admitted with permanent resident status; that your contribution is made from your own personal funds and not from corporate, foreign national, or labor union funds; that you will not receive reimbursement by anyone for this contribution, and that your contributions to CompPAC will not aggregate in excess of $5,000 per calendar year.
