Do you work for one of APC’s PFMs? If you’re with a Pharmacy/Facility Member, you’ve got access to a new resource: a PFM-members-only spreadsheet that lists whether a state allows 503A pharmacies to source from 503B facilities. 

Since the FDA released draft guidance in February (key word: draft), we’ve received a lot of requests to compile the info. Just keep in mind that this issue is in flux, so consulting your attorney might be a good idea.
