A good (shareable) word about quality
Back in April at APC’s Owner Summit, Dr. Ross Caputo of Eagle Analytical led a session titled The Economics of Quality. The first three minutes of that session represent one of the best arguments we’ve heard about how investing in quality is how you grow and protect your pharmacy business.
It was so good, so meaty, that APC staff got Dr. Caputo’s permission to package the audio of that six-minutes to share with you here.
