Reed Smith attorney Rachael Pontikes will lead a Legal Update CE session at APC’s Compounders on Capitol Hill on November 2.

The session will focus on a number of hot compounding policy topics. Pontikes, as you may know, is the attorney representing seven compounding pharmacies in a lawsuit against the FDA’s MOU. She also led a Freedom of Information Act request that uncovered how FDA manipulated the structure and recommendations of NASEM’s 2020 cBHT report.
