Compounders on Capitol Hill

September 16, 2025

Washington DC, United States

There are many reasons that you should attend APC’s annual DC fly-in for pharmacy compounders, September 15-17 at the Ritz-Carlton Pentagon City.

It’s a quick trip, but here’s what you can accomplish in those three short days:

  • Brief your members of Congress on our omnibus compounding bill. Your presence is needed now more than ever to garner support for the bill.
  • Share the APC Blueprint. Advocate for eliminating redundant, unauthorized, or ineffective policy that impedes patient access to compounded drugs.
  • NOW INCLUDED in CCH: Attend our 2nd annual Legal Symposium. Hear from some of the top attorneys in the compounding space: Rachael Pontikes, Emily Hussey, Courtney Sullivan, Karla Palmer, Stephen Snow, and Jay McEniry.
  • Hear from reporters. Our special panel will feature reporters discussing how they're reporting on compounding in the GLP-1 era.

CompPAC is a “separate segregated” fund (SSF) established by the Alliance for Pharmacy Compounding. Contributions to CompPAC are not deductible as charitable contributions for Federal Income Tax purposes. The FEC prohibits contributions from individuals who are not citizens or permanent residents of the U.S. Further, contributions by one person in the name of another person are prohibited. $5,000 per year per person is the maximum contribution allowed. PAC contributions are also not reimbursable by an employer or any other entity. The FEC requires that certain information on each donor (name, address, occupation, name of employer) be collected and reported to the Commission. By contributing to CompPAC you affirm that you: are a US citizen or an individual lawfully admitted with permanent resident status; that your contribution is made from your own personal funds and not from corporate, foreign national, or labor union funds; that you will not receive reimbursement by anyone for this contribution, and that your contributions to CompPAC will not aggregate in excess of $5,000 per calendar year.
