To qualify for a full refund of registration fees paid less a $50 administrative fee, a written cancellation must be received by APC no later than 11:59 pm EDT on Tuesday, August 13, 2024. Cancellations received between August 14, 2024 and September 3, 2024 will receive a 50% refund less a $50 administrative fee. No refunds will be given beginning 5:00 pm EDT on Wednesday, September 4, 2024. |
