Would you like to become an APC board member?

Who can apply?

Step into leadership and help shape the future of compounding. APC is hosting a Town Hall on Monday, July 14, at 1:00 PM Eastern with the APC Executive Committee and APC Nominating Committee to talk about what it means to be an APC Board of Director and allow you to ask questions.

This year we are holding the Town Hall before the call for nominations is open, so everyone has the opportunity to ask questions. This Town Hall is not mandatory, but we encourage you to attend if you are able. The call for nominations opens July 30, 2025.

          APC board members must be:

  • A current voting APC member in good standing
    • Willing to prepare, participate productively, and attend regularly scheduled board meetings including three face-to-face meetings in person or via teleconference
    • Able to meet the time requirements
      • Teleconference meetings generally run about two hours; face-to-face meetings about four to five hours
      • Time to read and review the provided meeting materials prior to the meeting
      • Willing to serve on at least one APC committee, which meets an additional one to two hours per month per committee.
  • Willing to share their knowledge, values, skills, and expertise to the board’s efforts to fulfill its responsibilities
