What’s next for EduCon
EduCon sessions 3 and 4 are coming up August 21 with “Evaluation of a Certificate of Analysis” and “What it Means to be the Designated Person.” But it doesn’t end there. EduCon sessions 5 and 6 are coming Thursday, September 4 from 6–8 pm. Remember: Your one EduCon registration covers all six sessions, live (for the CE) or on-demand (for home-study).
So what’s in store on September 4?
“Quality Concepts: Good Documentation, Root Cause Analysis, and Continuous Improvement.”
No one loves paperwork, but we still can’t escape it. That’s why Kimberly Kieffer, director of quality assurance for AnazoHealth, will help you tackle the paper monster, from improving documentation to addressing systemic issues; you’ll leave with a plan for continuous improvement, whether you’re in a 503A or 503B setting. And remember, it’s not just about being compliant — it’s about reducing risk, increasing efficiency, and ensuring better patient outcomes.
“Compounding for Women’s Health: Clinical Strategies for Optimized Vaginal Therapies.”
Get practical, smart, patient-centric considerations for vaginal drug delivery from clinical compounding expert Tara Thompson. She’ll cover formulation considerations, optimizing therapy outcomes, counseling, the vaginal microbiome, and, critically, how to ensure safety under USP 795. You’ll leave with ideas for expanding your clinical services while keeping regulators in mind.
Remember, EduCon is about more than just keeping up with the latest best practices (although it certainly does that). It’s about ethical compounding — making sure your practice is above reproach. That protects your patients and your reputation, and it’s why you shouldn’t miss out. Get more info and register at a4pc.org/educon.
