Webinar: New California regs and what you need to know
If you dispense to California, you won’t want to miss a three-part free webinar series, “California Compliance,” from our friends at LP3.
In case you missed it, California’s got a few new (and tweaked) regulations that went into effect at the beginning of the month, so it’s a good idea to make sure you know what’s what — the board of pharmacy isn’t the most forgiving, is it? (You can get an overview of the new regs from JD Supra.)
Enter “California Compliance”: It’ll tell you what you need to know about USP <795>, <797>, and <800> — and, more importantly, it’ll cover the new California Code of Regulations’ requirements for compounding pharmacies operating in California or dispensing/shipping into the state. Important stuff.
Lead by Masoud Rashidi, PharmD, FAPC, the series has three parts:
- October 28 at 2:00pm EDT: USP <795> & CCR 1735 for Non-sterile Compounding (Learn More)
- October 30 at 2:00 pm EDT: USP <797> & CCR 1736 for Sterile Compounding (Learn More)
- November 4 at 2:00 pm EST: USP <800> & CCR 1737 for Hazardous Drug Compounding (Learn More)
The webinars are free, but you do have to register. Do that here.
