Paging friends of Dr. Makary …

Through a bit of luck and one well-connected APC member, we were able to get the Blueprint into the hands of RFK, Jr. at the Department of Health and Human Services. Now we’d like to be able to do the same with FDA Commissioner Marty Makary.

Sure, we know the chances of you being on a first-name basis with Dr. Makary are slim, but maybe you can play a bit of “Six Degrees of Separation” — maybe you can reach him via a friend of a friend (or possibly Kevin Bacon). If you know someone in Washington (or, even better, at HHS), reach out. See how close you can get to Dr. Makary’s office itself — and possibly even past the door. 

We’re confident the ideas in the Blueprint align nicely with his priorities, and they just might give him the kinds of specifics he needs to turn to someone and say, “Let’s get this done.”
