FDA’s bill, our language

The latest FDA appropriations bill has been signed into law, and we’re happy to report that it includes language submitted by APC. Not in the actual law itself, but in the memo attached to it — a memo that’s meant to show Congressional intent. (Sort of “This is how we expect you to act based on this bill.”) It doesn’t have the force of law, but it’s still an important bit of text, and the fact that it includes a lot of APC language … well, no complaints.
