Somewhere on Capitol Hill last week, a compounding pharmacist sat across from a member of Congress or a congressional staffer and made the case for the patients who depend on compounded medications.
Then it happened again. And again. By the end of Compounders on Capitol Hill 2026, it had happened 175 times.
APC members held 63 meetings in the Senate and 112 in the House, carrying the compounding story from 35 states and the District of Columbia straight to the people who write the laws that shape compounding.
Every one of those meetings puts a real face on these issues. That matters, because lawmakers remember the people who took the time to show up.
CCH 2026 drew a record crowd, with 321 people joining us in Washington, D.C., from September 14 – 16. Among them were more than 120 representatives from 47 exhibitors who came to connect with the compounding community and support its advocacy work.
