Drug manufacturers are already sketching out their next run at restrictive compounding legislation. Here’s the thing about that fight: it’s a lot easier to win when your member of Congress already knows your name. Show up now, when there’s nothing to ask for except five minutes and an honest conversation, and you’re not a stranger showing up with a favor when the fight actually starts. You’re a constituent they already know.
That’s what Compounders on Capitol Hill is for. Sept. 14-16 we set up shop at the Ritz-Carlton Pentagon City for three days of advocacy, learning, and a little bit of DC hustle.
No political science degree required. We schedule the meeting, brief you on the issues, and prep you every step of the way… you just have to show up and say, “I’m a compounder, a voter, and your constituent.”
Just don’t wait too long. Hill visit requests are due Sept. 1, so we have time to get you on a congressional office’s calendar.
While you’re at it: the group hotel rate is $379 a night but is only available through Aug. 25, or until the block sells out, whichever comes first. Book the room, book the meeting, done.
