This week APC sent a comment letter to the Montana Senate Business, Labor, and Economic Affairs Committee considering HB 152, which recently passed the Montana house.
A provision of the original bill would have reduced the pharmacist-to-support person ratio to 1:1 for out of state pharmacies located in states that do not have their own ratio established. APC’s letter urged the committee to remove this provision.
