APC informs IHP on Lilly's suits being tossed

Inside Health Policy included APC in its story on a Delaware court throwing out yet another Eli Lilly lawsuit against a compounder. In this case it was Arizona-based Strive Pharmacy, and while the judge dismissed it because it didn't belong in Delaware, he also added comments in his ruling explaining that he didn't think the suit had merit, period.

This was the latest Lilly suit to be dismissed — something IHP pointed out — and it quoted APC CEO Scott Brunner for some important perspective: "[Y]ou begin to get the sense that when it comes to GLP-1 compounding, courts believe compounding pharmacies are serving their patients well and are doing so within the proper legal/regulatory framework."
