Conference fees paid include but are not limited to event registration and additional guest tickets.
Cancellations may be submitted at any time and must be submitted to APC in writing (firstname.lastname@example.org). All refund requests must be submitted in writing, to email@example.com. All refunds will be remitted by check.
To qualify for a full refund of registration fees paid less a $50 administrative fee, a written cancellation must be received by APC no later than 11:59 PM PST on Thursday, March 11, 2021. After that time no refunds will be given due to contracts with the hotel.
