Call for nominations: APC 2022 Board of Directors

We’re seeking passionate, informed, influential compounding leaders to help guide our alliance as members of the APC Board of Directors.

Here’s what the job entails:

Now is no time to sit back. The challenges confronting the profession are many. If compounding has been good to you, consider lending us what you’ve learned. Consider putting your knowledge and leadership ability to work on behalf of your profession. Work with us to confront those challenges.

Requirements

APC board members must be:

In addition, nominees for vice president must be current or past board members who have served at least one year on the board.

The process

The Nominating Committee will receive nominations and recommend a slate of candidates to run for office. The APC Board of Directors will approve the slate of candidates, which is then presented to the APC membership for voting.

2022 Board of Directors seats available

For 2022, six board seats will stand for election, including the position of APC vice president (who in most instances will ascend to the APC presidency). Please see detailed information below, including candidate eligibility and term length for each board position.

Vice President

The vice president automatically becomes the APC president-elect, and then APC president before ascension to chair of the board. Nominees must be a current or past board member who have served at least one year on the board.

District II

Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Washington DC

One seat available for a three-year term expiring December 31, 2024

District V

Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas

One seat available for a two-year term expiring December 31, 2023
One seat available for a three-year term expiring December 31, 2024

District VI

Missouri, Kansas, Michigan, Nebraska, Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, Utah, and Wisconsin

One seat available for a three-year term expiring December 31, 2024

At Large

One seat available for a three-year term expiring December 31, 2024

October 1, 2021: Election ballots distributed to eligible APC members
October 20, 2021: Balloting closes
November 9-11, 2021: Elected candidates contacted
November 19, 2021: 2022 Board of Directors announced to membership
